Just a suggestion, might want to check in at the ER, especially if it gets worse. You can still go to doc on Monday. One of my old rommies had a similar experience, his spiked in the 90s. Went to the ER, they got it reduced and told him he had AFIB and was a stroke waiting to happen. Please don't screw around with this.

Don’t have afib, was @ ER last wknd, after an urgent care ekg said probable MI, they wanted to put me in the amalance, but I drove myself, I knew I wasn’t having a MI. ER said nothing life threatening, but definitely needed a cardio work up. Wife has wanted me to go as I get occasional twinges of chest pain, but it’s like less than a second, and get winded easily, but I have a normal sinus rhythm.
