Was reading a post from a J6'er. He got fucked... hard. His Judge's marriage was performed by Merrick Garland. Was appointed by Obama. Is married to his appeals judge's sister.
He is former military and had been LEO for 27 years. His home state yanked his LEO certification on conviction.
Was convicted of 5 non violent felonies. He says he walked in the open doors, visited the crypt?, took a selfie, then left out the same doors. Didn't destroy anything or attack anyone. All on camera. 17 minutes worth.
Took almost 150 people to seat the jury. Jury pretty much ignored all the evidence his attorney presented.
Prosecution used his social media posts (mostly memes) and pictures of his firearms collection against him.
Sentenced to 84 months but had it reduced to 72 on appeal to SCOTUS. He said sentencing guidelines called for 30-36 months confinement but the judge said that wasn't enough for his attack on democracy and doubled the 36 months.
Has to have his lawyer write letters to FBI/DOJ to get his confiscated firearms back. Including his Class III stuff.
All rights have been restored and his record expunged.
Currently has a lawsuit pending but didn't say who he was suing.

Apparently he doesn't know that you can easily add a point to any rounded off knife.
I re-worked a knife with a broken tip. Has the same shape as before, it's just a little shorter.
