Apparently "Biden" made it basically impossible to drill offshore in the gulf of mexico. That's the reason for Trump saying he's going to change the name to the Gulf of America, to make it void based on a technicality. Is that actually possible?

yeah, that seems weird. It's tied to some broad law/rule enacted decades ago. If it's an interpretation of that, why cant the interpretation be changed again?
How can any of Biden's be upheld when they're now saying he's been mentally incompetent for 3.5 years? If he's too incompetent to stand trial, he shouldn't be competent to sign any bills, pass any EO's, etc.

The thinking is that enviro groups were colluded with to word it in a way where they will sue its repeal. They probably have a court and judge picked out, with the judge already agreeing to fast track it

Its not just that its getting a cut, that's less of an issue than the fact you have to uncheck to get contacts for dem causes. this is part of how dems always have so much money. They have these huge databases of people's names, and congressional republicans have investigated some sketchy looking donations and found the people who said they never donated. Its likely laundering money from foreign donations.
