Napier is adding a ton of support staff to build a "Gatormade" program focusing on creating NFL players, through on/off field development. Also hired two hospitality specialists to handle recruiting visits. Dude is building a behemoth.

Napierā€™s got me excited. I wasnā€™t going to get season tickets this year, but I think I will now. I know itā€™s still going to be a rough year most likely, but he appears to have a plan.

My concern is our O play calling / scheme, but I think this dude is smart, knows the shoes he has to fill (Cryer, SOS) won with electric offenses. Hoping these concerns will be gone once be beat the Youts
