A few years ago the neighbor across the street, real nice older guy, lost his wife and then their dog within months. Then their last dog a year later.

good thing I am actively working on getting a position with another company...our owner sent out an email this morning cutting everyone's hours in half (including salaried employees) and no bonuses for the rest of the month...yet, she's not actively out trying to bring in new business...what a cunt...

Instead of reaching out to realtors to drum up new business she's having lunch with her husband and buying Valentine's decorations for the office...what.the.actual.fuck?!?!

That was like 2016 for me. I lost my Dad, then the sweetest cat of my hoard, then the first dog I ever had as an adult.

The woman and I have been talking about our future and looking at the market right now, even though I wouldn't be able to finish repairs or remodels until years end...

all I can say is holy fuck, the market is stupid right now. $250k-300k for 1600 SF 3/2's on no lots 10 feet from neighbors. That's absurd. I refuse to pay those stupid prices because as soon as I do, the market will crash and I'll be so far upside down I'll be stuck there until it turns around again.

Yeah....I could never live in one of those zero lot line homes.

The market should cool as rates rise....however then your payment is the same for the lower priced house lol.

Snowpacolypse is coming, so everyone ran to the grocery stores and wiped all the veggies out. Wtf??

Here I’m told it’s a mix of Covid hitting the truckers and packing plants hard and weather. No green peppers romaine or bagged salad at our store today

Freight rates since Covid have gone up 50%, recently just went up another 25%. As this dipshit administration continues to push unreasonable Covid fear, it’ll continue to be a shit show

Yes stupid Covid mandates and quarantine policies, lack of tests and treatment, throwing tons of money to keep lower wage people from working, treating energy producers like they’re evil and discouraging investment have led to this.

You said something awhile back that stuck w me - rather have a president that says dumb things vs one that DOES dumb things.
