I actually researched this and some Dr dude working for the ncaa had mandated for the tourney that all courtside be masked so scorers, photographers, and cheerleaders, etc. While everyone else in the arena is maskless. Which makes zero sense. And was sufficiently trolled on Twitter such that I noticed last night the masks were gone lol.
 
I'd be curious how the law treats intoxicated rape victims. I guess the male has to determine whether the female is cognizant enough to say no?
