Wow, the congressman sums it up. That bill is a piece of shit! It's abundantly clear to me now that the term "representative" no longer has ANY meaning. This can not possibly be thought of as representative of the legal residents and voting public. NO F'ING WAY! It is clear that this is vote pandering and expansion of voter base as opposed to representation of the constituents that elected these fools. Time to clean MF'n house.
