He should resign immediately. If anyone other than a Congressman did this they'd be in prison for insider trading. Of course, since he's a Congressman, nothing will happen to him except maybe he gets re-elected.

Whoops...I forgot about that pesky little (D) after his name.

I'll never understand how having a (D) or an (R) after your name in news articles serves as a fucking get out of jail free card.
