How Scout plans to announce LOIs - for those with access to thier "hot lists":

We are going to make every attempt to announce the LOI's when they come in. As soon as we hear, we will post it in chat. Then we will add to a Post started when the first LOI comes in and we will time stamp every LOI we hear about.

As far as getting it to the masses. We will create a story every hour or maybe half hour if a lot comes in. It will be a new story and those that receiver email notices on Florida recruiting will get the email of a new story with a title stating new LOI's in or something along those lines.
