0-16, unless they lengthen the schedule this is a record that can only be matched and not beaten.
I just went over to one of the Lion's sites and noticed that they won every pre-season game this year.

going back to last year, they've lost 17 straight. The record is, of course, the Bucs at 26.

I despise Detroit teams -- I was raised Chicago -- but after the tanking of the auto industry, the failing of the Michigan economy, the destruction of the Michigan football tradition, the jailing of the mayor, the trading of the genius Billups for the washed-up Iverson, and the souring of the Detroit Tigers' postseason fantasies, I feel a measure of pity for the Ex-Motor City.
