the dude took THE worst team in all of D-1A and made them conference champions and a bowl team. I mean Buffalo was BAD. Underdogs in EVERY game they played for seven...7....SEVEN YEARS. The guy had to recruit to freaking Buffalo. What 18 year old college athlete wants to go to Buffalo?

wtf was auburn thinking? that's just an odd choice. even without choosing gill, they could have done significantly better. maybe he was cheap?
