topical and good news for weegie though i don't know if she's in this forum all that much

- says high end retailers are shuffling off some high end merchandise to his company trumping up his inventory.
- says he's selling 300 WIIs a day (at cost...about $250)
- says he's not too worried about his stock price and/or market movements...in fact, he steers investors AWAY from investing in overstock.com because HE believes his stock is manipulated and is not a true value of the companies value
- says his biggest draw these days are high end merchandise...jimmy choos shoes, prada handbags, and high end clothing.

I heard Ebay is having similar success. It really goes to show how technology and the internet in regards to merchandise really seems to make the whole idea of a Great Depression or long drawn out Recession really hard to fathom. It baffles me.
