When President Bill Clinton pardoned a billionaire fugitive from justice on his last day in office, even usually loyal Democrats were dismayed.
Mr. Holder never came close to meeting that standard. He had the last word at Justice on clemency petitions and he saw to it that he had the only word. He brokered one of the most unjustifiable pardons that an American president has ever granted.
Who gives a shit? Every single president pardons people that shouldn't be pardoned. Every. single. one. of. them. I am waiting for one of these clowns to grow just say "fuck you", you did it, sit in jail.
Mark my words - sometime around Christmas of this year, we will see Bush giving pardons to people like Scooter Libby, Jack Abramoff, Tom Delay, Duke Cunningham, Ted Stevens and others. Bush's pardon list will make anything Clinton did look trivial by comparison.

I apologize for insulting you and for the manner in which I did it. You are correct, I do not know you nor anything about you. I do, however, have some very strongly held beliefs concerning where this country is going and why.

First of all, Tip and I have settled things. It's cool. I accepted his apology and offered my own to him. I got angry and went too far, and for that I apologize.

Third, I was stating my opinion, not attempting to insult or anger someone. Prior to this, I had not directed a personal comment at anyone. That is not the point. The point in saying McBush was to emphasize the fact that there was no different between the positions of the two of them. And I do believe that Bush is the worst President that we have ever had. He is an embarrassment - even many Republicans think so as well. I'm staing my opinion. If you disagree fine - everyone has the right to their opinion. I never you were wrong. If I had directed a comment to those people who like him here, then I would be crossing a line. That kind of bullshit happens at Too Hot, not here.
