Bill got back today from the FSU Coaches Clinic. For the most part it sucked again this year, but Bill said he and his dad (who went with him) talked for a long time to Rick Trickle (is that his name?)...the offensive line coach for FSU. Anyway, he said he was a riot...cussed like a sailor. For some reason he sat and talked to them in their booth for a long time.

Bill just watched him alone when they went to practice and he was dying...he was miked up for some reason and they were filming him. One funny thing he said to one of his o-line players who had trouble keeping his mouthpiece in was "you know how to keep that thing in don't you...put it in and shut your F-ing mouth!" Just funny. The guy filming was laughing and said to another guy...I'm going to have to edit this obviously. LOL

He did say their o-line was hurting. I guess there is some big 5 star recruit they got...Trickle said he heard UF wanted him and he said something like he would trade ANY of UF's o-line for this guy because he sucks. From what Bill heard from this guy...they are a long way from being good again.

Dude's name is Trickett, and he cusses like a sailor, because he's a sailor-on-roids...aka - a marine.

Bill said the funny thing is he's just a little guy...said he wasn't even as big as he
is and Bill's only 5'9". He said it looked so funny as he would be looking up at those huge guys and would hit and yell at them.

I wonder how he got into coaching. It's doubtful that he played past high school at that size...especially not as an OL.
