Cool. T Jack was a hard worker. He will be a good addition to the program.

Looking more and more like James Wilson is here to stay. Now that he's seeing the field in practice, he's fitting in nicely and starting to show what he can do.
Ahmad Black is figuring very strongly in the defensive plans at safety. He has a nose for the football, hits a ton and the coaches love his football IQ, which is through the roof.
Steve Wilks is going to be a good one at fullback. Meyer says he is a high character guy with a great work ethic and he's very talented. He's above 220 and is expected to play in the fall above 230. He didn't have a great Saturday but that's because he's still learning to play a brand new position and not for a lack of talent or effort.
Paul Wilson is definitely figuring in the plans. He will be on all the special teams this fall and his hands might be as good as you will find on the team. He'll be a backup receiver but he will see the field on offense because he's an exceptional blocker, particularly since he's above 190 pounds now.
Cornelius Ingram is right at 250 pounds now and he hasn't lost any speed whatsoever.
Watch for Brandon James and Chris Rainey to become very involved in the passing game. Don't be surprised if Rainey finishes the spring no worse than number two on the depth chart at tailback.
Because Ahmad Black has emerged at safety, that pretty much seals the move of Jerimy Finch to linebacker.

I doubt Ahmad Black unseats Major Wright. he has a better chance of unseating Dorian Monroe

the way I read it, Ahmad may be on the two-deep, but I doubt he starts.
Finch is a great fit at LB, he played well there last year, and IMO, is better than AJ Jones

I'd bet money that Percy comes back from the surgery stronger and maybe even a little faster, as crazy as that is to say. I have this feeling he will be a warrior during rehab, though.

Hard to tell if this is a good thing or a sign of how weak we are along the D line.Defensive Line coach Dan McCarney told media after practice that Patchan has a chance to start on opening day"

We were weak on the DLine last year so I fully expected incomming FR to start over some previous players.

dunlap is having a strong spring...what's up with cunningham? ever since he got arrested....all downhill.
Practice News & Notes - Patchan Update 4/7
I was disappointed in him last year anyways. I thought he had an awesome spring last year and would be dominate on the DL but he just didn't produce as I expected.
