What if the person walked up while you were putting the note on their car? Awkward.

CSB time:

At my new job I have a reserved parking space in a lot that is clearly marked "Reserved," and the concrete bumpers are painted yellow with black lettering on them saying "Reserved."

Nonetheless, people park in my damn spot ALL THE FUCKING TIME and it infuriates me because there's nothing I can do about it - they don't tow for parking in employee spaces.

So I write passive-aggressive notes, usually insulting the intelligence of the person who parked in my spot. If there's something about their car that I can pick on (old? bad paint job? cheap? FSU sticker?), I make fun of that, too. I always put something on there to make them think they were about to get towed, too: "If you're reading this, congratulations! You beat the tow truck!"

I would like to leave some of those. The main problem we have here is people with huge pickups and they leave their hitches on all the time. I have to park at a football stadium for work, and the spaces aren't that big to begin with. Then you add in a huge F350 with another 12 inches of hitch sticking out the back and it's a problem.

I find its usually best to leave a note politely suggesting they not park in the same spot in the same way in the future. and then mist their windshield with a nice layer of oil. Cooking oil...motor oil...gun oil...whatever.

They'll be pissed after reading the note and will get in the vehicle, notice the liquid on their windshield and turn on the wipers.

Oops.

Its not easy getting dirty oil off of a windshield unless you have soap and water and a towel. Most folks don't have those things in their vehicles. Oh...and the oil also coats the wiper blades. A fact they'll discover the next time they turn them on.
Can't feed 'em? Don't breed 'em. People, dogs, whatever.
