I wonder who the assistant was who left them waiting.

Makes me wonder - he would have lost every WLOCP to us when he was with UGly. Can he get over that? Being a Georgia star is the only thing that bugs me about him.

Todd said he wasn't THAT much of a star...plus, if we are to believe him, he wanted to walk on to Florida but when faced with a scholly, he took that route. IHate went to FSU, and he's still a Gator. I actually know quite a few people who are lifelong Gator fans, couldn't get in there for whatever reason and went to a rival school...but remained Gator fans. So whatever.
Okay, let's try this!

So good you said it twice, huh? 8)
Yeah, I know you are right. I am just thinking out loud. My wife's aunt went to F$U but lives in Gainesville now and roots for us.
I have seen his intensity so I am excited about that.
I wonder what they will pay him. He was making $900,000 at Texas. And they made him coach in waiting before the end of his first year here. I am guessing somewhere in the neighborhood of $1.5 Million.

^^^This new set-up is driving me crazy...when it doens't seem to post, I doubt whether I actually hit the POST button and do it again.
ANYWAY, I seriously think one of the reasons he was chosen over another guy (especially another HEAD coach) is because they wouldn't have to pay him as much as they paid Meyer which would afford them some money to pay for a kick-ass OC and DC...at least that is what I'm hoping for.

Good points - I agree. I would like to see the guy from Oklahoma State as OC.
