I am taking an optimistic position on this one. That position is:

Given time to prepare, Urban Meyer has generally turned out a pretty good game.

They certainly can't play worse.

Healthier Demps.

Georgia sucks.

My brother's in town for the weekend, so we'll be drinking Jim Beam on ice and roasting the meat of many animals in the back yard as the game approaches. See ya.

maybe I've had enough time to back away from the ledge, but I think we win this week. Meyer and Co. always seem to have a good gameplan and the team seems to play really well coming off of a bye.

I'm studiously avoiding jacksonville this weekend. Multiple invites. I refuse to subject myself to the risk. I'll stay home, drink Beam and grill meat.

So I swore I wouldn't watch, but we're doing okay, so there ya go. 21-7 with :19 to go in the half.
Okay, let's try this!

Just glad we won. If we put away Vandy and then beat South Carolina, we'll be in the championship game. As hard as that is to believe.

Sure was some uninspiring pass defense we played against last night. But Brantley did a good job taking what they gave.

Watching this morning on Breakfast with the Gators. Bill said he was shaking last night...couldn't finish painting his Doofenschmirtz head and had to take a break. Watching games like that live, are not good for our health!

And may I add...the guy who won the game for us wears one of Bill's helmets! Go Chas!

brilliant game plan shifting qb's while on the line of scrimmage...defense was always kept on their toes as they never really knew how to defend the personnel on the field.

i lol'd when danielson called out orson welles on a catch instead of calling out orson charles

how would our team be if we had cam newton?

where is carl moore?

where is bostic?

where is our defensive line besides trattou?

where was moody (not caring but just asking)?

im liking mccray actually...hoping to see more of him the remainder of the way...

This game definitely showed a bit more innovation in the playcalling, but I think we're still a long way off from where we should be, given our talent level.

Also, I noticed quite a few Dawgs wearing Schutt helmets, too.

moody is hurt I believe...fumbleitis. Actually I do think he is hurt.

Bostic? Who knows. I had high hopes for him early on but he hasn't done anything. In fact, where is our front 7? Hardly any pressure on QB's. Out blitzes are horrible and hardly ever lead to sacks or pressure. I'll be surprised if Austin is our DC next season. Carl Moore had a catch or two and a drop if I remember.

Yeah, I noticed the Schutt helmets on the dawgs too...we only deal with a few GA schools and UGA is not one though. UF has TWO players that wear them...Chas and Lemmons.
