Seems like the OL coach is the last position coach you'd want pulling double duty as OC. Considering that there are 5 positions he's coaching, anyway.

But aren't Meyer and Adazzio like best friends or something? I thought I remembered hearing something about that. If so, I worry that Meyer won't have the stones/clarity to make the move that's necessary.

You demote your OC so he can concentrate on the OL and get someone else on staff to be the OC.
This. A hundred times, this.

i just think Brantley had a bad game securing the ball, the team, his thoughts, his body, etc

i don't want to place it ALL on brantley...the defense wasn't as 'aggressive' to the ball and to the whistle that i would have liked...bostic was playing WAY off the line and for some reason wasn't getting to the 'point of contact' as swiftly and with as much aggressiveness that he had done in the past.

i thought chad henry did a great job filling in for sturgis

i hate the way moody hits the contact zone and goes fetal

i thought omar getting pulled after 2 consecutive mishaps was a bit of an overreaction...that sort of turned the tide for us imho

i don't have ANY problem with going for the TD on our first possession instead of kicking the FG...we were moving the ball at will at the time...i have no issue with going for it.

AJ Jones was getting owned the whole night...he was on his back more than he was on his feet

what happened to dubose???

Yes, yes, and yes. We would have loved the seven points and been all like Hell yeah, so you have to suck it and like it when it fails.

However, I hated the play call there. Jump pass? Really? And our hard-running QB, spying nobody coming free in the end zone, goes ahead and throws it anyway? Should have pulled it down and scrambled.

I'm glad I missed this game. The cruise ship actually had it playing on the big screen above the "Goofy Pool," but I had a little angry man to placate (he missed his nap).

Thinking about my formerly high hopes for Moody: I loved what Fred Taylor did back in the day. And he's a 13th-year guy in the NFL! Playing half the games will allow you to do that.

I hoped Moody would bring a big ugly linebacker-trucking presence to the field. That he has not done. Our big backs in the '90s -- Rhett, Taylor -- have not been followed by stellar tailbacks. McCaslin, for example.

Moody is a puss.

Chaz is the man.

Our LB's aren't run stoppers like we're used to having in the past (Spikes, Stamper, etc). They are good in coverage though (see Bostic picks).

Just wanted to add that Chaz Henry is one of the two Gator players wearing Bill's Schutt helmets...Duke Lemmons (sp?) is the other one.
Okay, let's try this!
