I wonder what will happen if Penn State beats Bama. And I also wonder how long Boise State stays up there given their lame ass schedule. They only play 2 real teams, Oregon State and Virginia Tech.

I don't know - I hope that strength of schedule will come into play. A one-loss UF team will have a better case than an undefeated Boise State. I just hope that the bandwagon BS doesn't get Boise there.

^^maybe so, but if they're still undefeated they will be in ahead of a one loss team given how highly ranked they are already.

The sports writer in my paper yesterday made the case for a BSU-TCU National Championship game. Can you imagine the uproar that would bring?

The NCAA also wants Congress off its back about anti-trust too.

I will still say that a 1 loss SEC champion deserves to be in the National Title Game.

Of course, if these no talent ass clowns did the smart thing and set up a playoff system, all of this would be moot.

well, we'll have to disagree about a playoff.

However, go to ESPN Radio's website and listen to the last two full segments from Cowherd's show today. (Their archived shows, I believe are free)...he blasts the notion of BSU in the NC game and is far more coherent in doing so than I could be. It's a good listen.

We will have to disagree on the playoff system. I think it is the only way to truly settle this. And I would like to see the BCS go away too. Remember, you can't spell BCS without BS.

My goal every year is that if the Gators can't play for it all, I want to see the BCS as F'ed up as humanly possible. I would LMMFAO at at BSU-TCU game because EVERYONE would be pissed off about that.
