online stock trading...which one do you use?

i've used etrade for the last several years and am growing tired of the higher fees of late...was wondering if y'all have some recommendations based on your own experiences...i'm not really interested in additional research...i'm moreso mindful of charges/fees and customer service (i know, i know...they go hand-in-hand...yada, yada, yada)
