LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (AP)—Former Kentucky basketball coach Billy Gillispie has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol following his arrest early Thursday in central Kentucky.
Gillispie wore an orange jumpsuit and said few words during his video arraignment, a copy of which was obtained by The Associated Press. The judge told Gillispie she was suspending his right to drive in Kentucky because he refused to take blood and breath tests.
They fired him months ago. Why hasn't he left Kentucky yet? Don't even start claiming there's any reason to stay in Kentucky a day longer than you have to.
This guy -- a monumental embarrassment. He'll be on a reality show within three years.
That is 3 and I think if any of you heard the stories that were coming out around his dismissal wouldn't be surprised. Every DUI pic has gotten progressively worse. Just think if he was still the coach for the Louisville game. You would have two really big asshat's on the sidelines. Also his alibi is funny, he told the cop he was coming back from a golf outing at 2:45 a.m haha.
