I'm sure you law dog types have thought about this but I just ask, is there any legal reason you can't post info from a private board elsewhere?

Well, it depends. There are some things to be aware of:

First, "trade secrets," meaning some kind of information proprietary to GC, the disclosure of which would hurt the business.

Second, anything defamatory.

Third, "false light" statements, which is similar to defamation (i.e., something that is technically true, but would paint someone in a false light).

Fourth, "public disclosure of private facts" which would serve to hurt someone's reputation - like if I posted that vanders enjoys anal or that shane is gay. Technically, it might be true, but it's something embarrassing and private that was never intended to be public.

Obviously, we should probably review the information before posting it just to be sure, but I don't see any real risk.

Oh, and even if disclosing posts from their private mod forum is actionable, they let radbag into it - probably intentionally - with no warnings to keep it private or confidential.

Okay, so I assume I will need to make up a different FB account to join this group? G8rMom7 is not part of my FB persona but there may be some from GC who know who I am and will see [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION - DocZaius] and know that's G8rMom7. So to start a new FB account, I would need a different email address right? The only other email address I have is my work one, and I don't want to get that one involved with FB.

Actually, I think I do have a MSN email but I don't know how to get to it at this point.

Meh, too much trouble for me. I'd like to read what happens though.

There's no reason that anyone here needs to join the group. The trick is going to be getting Pub regulars to join.

They let rad in--hardy har. Surely I'm not the only one who thinks he's still one of that group, am I? He just happened to lose access to the mod forum after I said that I thought that they didn't just happen to let him in. They don't do anything unintentionally.

I don't care either way, you understand. I've just always assumed he was the leak/spy for both groups.

it has always been a little curious. Then to find out exactly which one of us had new accounts so quickly (though tex wasn't real coy).

Yeah, I don't know why they got rid of cuttlprng8r when the actual 'texgator' account is still active. Well, I say that, but 'texgator' can't get into the pub. And now I have to use a proxy anyways, so whatever.

Of you want me to use my tex login to bomb them, just let me know.
