I am a Bears fan. I'm in DC, where the Skins fans thought he was coming here. I was rolling my eyes at the Skins probably giving away two #1 picks.
Now I'm rolling my eyes at the Bears giving away two #1 picks. I think Orton was relatively valueless: a C-grade QB best suited to being the Bears backup. His greatest value was TO the Bears.
The Bears OL has been retooled, and I think there is some hope that they can give Cutler a safe place to stand. They did well clearing space for Mr. Forte last fall. I hope Orlando Pace still has it.
I suppose this is as good a moment as any to try to blow the future on the present and see if they can win the division. But two #1s? That hurts, man. Jay Cutler's a better QB than the Bears have, but he ain't Peytiepie or Rivers. He ain't Tom Brady.
I'm nervous about this.

I wouldn't be. He's a good QB. I'm not certain what Denver was thinking.
“The Knave abideth.” I dare speak not for thee, but this maketh me to be of good comfort; I deem it well that he be out there, the Knave, being of good ease for we sinners.

Rex has his flaws to be sure and in a lot of cases was a disappointment. However, I don't believe that could/should be his entire career. It would be best for Rex and the Bears if he got a fresh start somewhere else.

We'll see how much was Cutler and how much was his receiving corps. Marshall and Royal are better than what the Bears are putting on the field.I wouldn't be. He's a good QB. I'm not certain what Denver was thinking.

Rex is a free agent I believe. He was in Cincy a few weeks ago and the Bengals decided to go with J.T O'Sullivan instead. I would dare to put Cutler ahead of Rivers as far as NFL qb's go.

Just remember, Cutler had Vandy winning.
