I will vote for Obama because his positions on various issues are closer to my own than McCain's are. Actually, when I take those "who should I vote for" tests, I always come out as someone who should be a member of the Green Party, but I never like their candidates. I'll be voting for the person whose positions on various issues that I consider important are in line with mine.

I didn't even let my realtor keep her sign in my yard after I closed on the house. Don't like signs cluttering the yard. I think BG and his ex had to come to an agreement not to have any political signs at all, as she and he were on opposite ends of the political spectrum.

If my son chose to steal someone's property, I would not be concerned that he was shocked by a low voltage fence. Next time, maybe he'll think twice.

I was raised in such a way that I never knew who my parents were voting/had voted for. It's my personal preference to practice both politics and religion quietly. Anything else is unseemly (for me).

I don't think it really matters much who's elected, so I don't get too upset or excited either way. I'm more concerned about Congress and the decisions of the Supreme Court.

I don't see what difference it makes at that point, so protestation would be inefficient. I don't plan to protest either way, personally.
