What the

fucking fuck.

I had some work done on my house, new windows where a door was. Siding (T1-11) was replaced. I haven't plastered over the drywall on the inside yet. There's been major every evening for a week now. There is clear water damage at the bottom of the drywall inside. Can't tell how from the outside.

And I definitely have water stains on my ceiling in the dining room. I wasn't 100% before, but now I am as they've grown with these storms. I just had the fucking roof done a year ago. If there were additional sheets that needed to be replaced when they did the roof, they completely missed it.

I'm ready to throat punch every cunt that has worked on my house.

Jesus Christ what a fucking headache. You can't trust anyone to do their damn job correctly anymore.

Finally made the call so I could do so pleasantly. Now we'll see how long it takes for the person in charge of repairs and warranty to get back to me, let alone get out here.

I opened the attic to try and get a look and now half my house smells like mold. That insullation is just sitting there soaked in rain. Yesterday was the first day we didn't have massive downpours in a week.

This smell is making me fucking sick :puke:

Aren't they ambulance chasers? Or accident only at least.

Fans on, a couple windows and doors near me open. While my a/c is running because it's hot as fuck.

fuck florida. I'd take the day off if I didn't have a design I need to finish for work. I may do it anyway.

I think you should consider the possibility of suing. Single dad with a house full of mold - help him out doc

Look for a first-party property insurance attorney.

Can't sue for black mold injury until he's actually injured by it, which could take years. But the property damage stuff is more immediate.

Sounded like they'll cover all the repairs per the woman. But she's not the guy in charge of that department. Still no word from him. He has until morning before I call again.

I want to sue for emotional damage! I know it's all in my head that I feel funny in this part of the house (which is where my work computer is). I go to the other side of the house or outside and I'm ok. But the smell is f'n nauseating. Had to finally shut the doors, it was too fucking hot.

Yeah see what they will do for you, but keep the idea of a lawsuit in mind.

Oh it did immediately. This damage is solely because they didn't do their roofing properly. They'll come it all or I'll find a lawyer. No way in hell I'm filing a claim and paying a deductible for their fuck up.
