I was on the plane watching the live tv and they had some liberal American couple in Rome and were like “hopefully he can bring everyone together since americas been so torn apart lately” and it’s such an eye rolling fucking lib thing to say. “Coming together” for them is never ever about each side giving some, it’s all conservatives agreeing with their views because they are so perfect

Listening to a little about the Pope this morning. Mixed results. Typical anti-abortion/gay stance, but also has tweets about pro-illegals and some other left wing shit. Their conspiracy is that he was elected Pope to force Catholic MAGA to choose between faith or Trump

Indeed....but I'd still like to know from an actual practicing Catholic why they give a fuck who the pope is. They all contradict each other over the years, which means them being the ultimate Holy man who knows God's will a total farce.
