She's a tiny girl. Like 5ft so she probably looks bigger proportionally than she really is.

She's both right and stupid. Blame modern feminism and the #MeToo movement for why a lot of men (particularly those living in big liberal cities) are pussies. There are videos all over the place from a few years ago saying you had to ask permission to grab a tit of your own girlfriend, FFS.

But she's right, guys are pussies. Make the move if it seems right. She's kinda leaving out the point that, know your audience. You can tell with most women if they want a kiss or not.
