Also rumor that pilot was transgender
If the pilot was a tranny, I'd say it's a damn near certainty that it was intentional.Trannies have a lot of other mental issues and something like 40% of them attempt suicide even after receiving "life-affirming care." If the pilot was a tranny, then I think they have to consider whether or not this was intentional.
Heard a pilot say that at night you see the lights but not the ane and at certain approach angles the the plane lights mix with the city lights. They have to rely on ATC and their sensors. It was part of a reaction video, so I won't post it, but I watched a video of an "expert" breaking down the actual FFA audio and shows that the FFA was fully in control, the Blackhawk pilot acknowledged and accepted responsibility to adjust course and said they saw the plane. He's pretty convincing that it appears that the pilot was looking at a second, nearby plane by mistake and simply missed the one directly in front of them.
I don't know how that's possible with all those flashing lights in their face, but he did a compelling job explainin git.
Descending, close(ish) to big buildings....it sounds plausible.Heard a pilot say that at night you see the lights but not the ane and at certain approach angles the the plane lights mix with the city lights. They have to rely on ATC and their sensors.
Don't know if that is bullshit or not but sounds plausible. I've never flown anything.
