No offense, but ā€œsecret board scoopā€ pretty much means itā€™s some nerd making shit up to gain attention- not you Doc

I wouldn't be offended even if you did mean me.

The denials out of the LSU camp haven't been real strong. Could be legs to the story. Some young black football players seem to enjoy "running a train" on a girl. Jameis Winston and his buddies admitted it when that scandal broke. Made it sound like it was a normal thing.

Kelby Collins is going to be a beast on the dline. Dominated at the underarmor game practices and in game. Was the MVP of his team I believe.

Article on swamp247 about him, quote is exactly what these young guys need to come in with "That is something they have been saying. My mindset is I am coming in to take spots. I am coming in ready to work hard first day on campus. I am going to get with my d-line and work out, do some drills. Get to learn each others play styles and start that connection." Heā€™s an early enrolle.

Watched a little bit of this. Collins looks grown. Counted 10 signees on the rosters... probably more than we have had in that game in the last 4-5 years combined. 2 more 4 star signees playing in all American game in NBC sat.

So Rashada might not be a Gator according to the rumor mill. Awesome.

I havenā€™t seen a reason, wondering if itā€™s grades.
Nope. Apparently it's NIL related. He isn't getting what he was promised. Take that with a grain of salt until this shakes out.

NIL is a clusterfuck. A few years ago, all these kids wanted was some pocket money from a local used car commercial to buy pizza or take a girl out. Now, it's millions, before the kid steps on campus, and bidding wars.
Total clusterfuck. The NCAA needs to fix it.

Don't know if the NCAA can do anything about it. Wasn't NIL the result of a court case?

Yup. The NCAA had a chance to come up with some kind of compensatory scheme but chose to fight it all the way to the Supreme Court, where they lost 9-0.

Between NIL deals and the transfer portal, college football is a becoming complete mess. Iā€™ve said it before, but if I were king, Iā€™d scrap the whole system and disallow compensation of any kind, including scholarships.

Baylor OL Micah Mazzccua is transferring to UF.

Graded out as 2nd best OT in college football, only one better was our Oā€™cyrus Torrence. I thought for sure he was going to follow his coach to Nebraska like Ocyrus did with BN. Desperately needed this guy

Evidently 2 kids, like very recently out of HS, represented Rashada, they had some shady cat lawyer involved, no oversight by UAA, Stricklin, or Napier, and deal went bad, shocking right? College Football is a complete shit show

Are the schools even allowed to be involved in NIL deals?
