Dream Theater's new album "A View From the Top of the World" came out last month...no surprise, John Petrucci's work is top shelf...

Yes it is. Cody should be main stream country, but he's just too old school country sounding for the radio. But damn he's good.

Tyler Childers is one of the few artists that the Jookling and I agree on...it's our go-to road trip music when we visit family out in Chipley...
 
back in the day I discovered that JTG's mom and one of my good friend's mom were BFF...and Leems went to high school (and played basketball) with two of my cousins...
 
I'm familiar with a lot of these guys because they have songs that pop up on Pandora and shit, but I don't have in-depth knowledge of them. I gotta take time to do a deeper dive.

In the old days, I would have had the cd and played it so much I knew every drum beat.
