To add to the shit I have to replace is my old lawn mower. 11 years isn't so bad I guess.

I'm curious if anyone has experience with an electric mower? My gut is that they suck, but I like the idea of not dealing with gas (particularly the risk of killing the carburetor by leaving gas in the tank accidentally ). I suspect the life span of an electric mower is probably not great, instead of dealing with the carb, you just have the battery that'll die.

I've been looking at the Kobalt 40v mower for places I can't get to with my tractor. Already have the 40v chainsaw, so I can swap batteries as they die.

No idea on the quality or lifespan. The chainsaw is pretty good though.

Yeah I wouldn't sweat it too much if I was just touching up areas. The battery charge looks like it'd die as or before I finish my yard with a 40v.

I was just looking for a way to be lazy! Probably gonna go with the Echo 190cc dual blade gas. Their chainsaw has been fantastic.

Dumber than that, my four cycle weedeater stopped working AFTER I remembered it was four cycle and have been putting mixed gas in for two years. Is it useless to try and fix it? Literally two tanks of unmixed gas and now it isn’t working.

wtf seriously? I went with gas anyway. Fuck having a 30-60 min window to mow shit. Sometimes it takes longer because even sharp blades can have trouble with bahia. I loathe that shit

Yup. Just make sure everything in the pics matches your current carb. Learned that one the hard way. Apparently my Ryobi pressure washer, with a Honda engine, has two different carbs.

But still, less than $20 shipped prime.
