Welp, not an underage girlfriend:

Gainesville ā€” According to the Gainesville Police Department (GPD), they and the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) served a search warrant at 2308 SW 38th Drive #6.

GPD says they received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tip says that a Discord user distributed an image of child sexual abuse material.

After further investigating it was revealed that two images were shared from the residence of UF quarterback Jalen Kitna's Discord account.

After talking with Kitna, he says he remembered sharing two images but thought they were "legal" since he discovered them online.

His devices were obtained and three additional images of child sexual abuse material were found.

Kitna was arrested for two counts of child exploitation material and three counts of possession of child pornography.

The University Athletic Association (UAA) says that Kitna has been suspended indefinitely from the football team.

"We are shocked and saddened to hear of the news involving Jalen Kitna. These are extremely serious charges and the University of Florida and the UAA have zero tolerance for such behavior," said the UAA.

Yeah....without knowing the facts, these things are tricky. I mean, I've seen girls at my kid's middle school that are thin with D cups. Still young in the face, but not like middle schoolers, either. I've seen 20+ year olds that look 12. Depending on the age, it's entirely possible he legit thought she was 18. They have an entire damn genre of porn (the barely 18) of girls that are actually in their 20s. So if she's 15-16, it could be an honest but still stupid mistake.

If it's not a mistake most guys would make and obvious it's a damn kid...draw & quarter him.

He only had a few pics, probably something that he picked up on Discord. That tells me he's probably not making a point to seek it out - usually those guys have huge collections. Or maybe they just caught him early.

The pics were enough that someone reported it to NCMEC - that tells me it was probably not a case of a young girl looking older. It was probably apparent just from looking at it.
 
True. And he's probably guilty, but it's also possible he passed along something and wasn't thinking or was drunk. I wouldn't crucify him just yet. Like you said, they usually have collections, not 2 as reported. Those who get busted, are they ever caught early? Usually they're more discreet about it, collecting, paranoid and cautious and it takes time to catch them. I could be completely wrong, but resending 2 pictures sounds like a stupid, drunk, or naĆÆve move, not seeking out and distributing child porn. :beatsme:
 
Looks like he may have taken some pics himself. Some of the ones found on his phone were "self-produced".

The GPD said one of the images in his possession was of an adult man engaged in a sex act with a pre-pubescent girl. Fuck him.
 
I look for porn less often that you guys (though likely sicker shit), but I don't think these are the kind of things that pop up, you really have to look for them
