Couldn't find the hot ones thread. But if you like hot sauce that's really damn good without a bunch of heat....or you need a gift for a picky guy, you can't go wrong with these. I've had more hot sauces than I can count and these 3 are the best I've ever had.

2 has a tad more heat, but the coffee flavor and balance is delicious.

While getting more of those 3, I bought a pack that had 3 of the los calientes ones. I don’t remember the name od the 3rd, but it looks just like Rojo. Not great. It’s basically spicy bbq sauce.
