I read all the originals a while back - they are all public domain. Never read any of the later authors though.
I still say that the original Conan the Barbarian movie is one of the greatest films of the 20th century.

Great Movie...
Sandahl Bergman was the bomb. I read all the original books by Howard and maybe a few by other authors. Didn't see the remake with Moama.
