Any of you fktards becoming more caffeine sensitive as you get older? It’s odd, I have been drinking 3 cups for years, 2 in am, 1 around 1pm. Some days it makes me anxious AF, other days not at all. like elevated hr & sweating anxious. Switched to 1 cup coffee in early am, then mid morning green tea another green tea in the afternoon. Works great, probably 1/2 of the caffeine I was ingesting
 
I only drink coffee when it's really cold outside, and I have to be out there. Otherwise I drink orange juice at breakfast, and water the rest of the day.
 
I drink a larger mug while getting ready for work and then fill a 30oz tumbler with more for when I get to work. After that I just just drink water and beer.
 
I stopped drinking coffee (half caff) after lunch, switching to water. I feel much better.
I used to drink nothing but coffee, all day long.
