I had a long list of things I've wanted/needed for a while and was waiting for black Friday. Most of it revolves around camping, hiking, etc. which I don't do in the summer, so it wasn't a "need" until cooler temps anyway. Like 30% off a sleep system for backpacking.

I 100% believe that. None of my buys were spontaneous though. Everything I've had bookmarked or in a saved for later amazon that I've looked at almost every day for months. All my prices were memorized

Just can't beat the simplicity and quickness of a pen. Gummies....the ones you can buy from Trulieve don't do shit for me, very weak.

At this point I have no idea how much I'm vaping. The pen I use isn't one of those little round ones, it's a flat rectangle and burns much stronger than the cheapos. But it goes about 3 seconds and vibrates and now I go a couple seconds longer. Still sticking with the 9 lb hammer. I'm out in minutes when I turn the tv off.

Amazon piecemealed my order....A delivery came the same time with 6 different boxes with a shit ton of unnecessary bubble wrap...those really big rectangular ones, not the tiny ones.

It's started already on Amazon. At one time, Iooked forward to it....and while there are still great deals to be found, Amazon is a total asswhip now.
99% of their black friday stuff is cheap crap and they put items in 20 different categories, so the filter is virtually worthless, leaving you to sort through pages of the same items in every category before possibly finding of interest.

This was not a cheap week, but Christmas is bought. Picked up a new tent, a 10x10 canvas tent with awning...purely glamping tent so the kid will be happy.

Yeah, half off, couldn't not get it. For a lot of my use, weekend camping and phone charging, a cheaper version would have worked. But for like $200 more, why not drastically increase the capability? Eventually I may go ahead and get the solar panel for it.

I haven't lost power for more than a day since I've lived back in the city....so almost 20 years? It's a good safety measure, but definitely more for camping. If I were worried about power at the house for long, I'd have gotten a generator by now
