Hm. Didn't see that coming. I thought Manning was going to the '49ers.

This was Elway's only move to get rid of a QB he didn't like. The fans would have crucified him for just about any other move. Some still will but, there wasn't another option out there right now that would have even come close to getting him out of that situation without a total fan mutiny.

Tebow will be fine. I'm looking forward to all the hype and more "Tebow Time" in the media. I know it drives some folks crazy. :) I'm also very curious as to where he will land.

I do feel bad for the Denver fans who have been very loyal to Tebow, but leaving Denver might be the best thing to happen to Tim. JE has acted like such a jerk about Tebow most of the time.

Would love it if the Jags brought him in but I don't see them doing it. It would make sense just from a marketing point as people would buy tickets just based on him being here. At least they would for 2-3 years. If he sucked then I think the excitement would wear off.

I don't see the Jags doing it, either. Wherever Tebow goes, he will be followed, however, so I don't see any downside.

I'd love it if he went to Minnesota and was reunited with Percy. That would be one hell of a backfield with Peterson.

I have always disliked John Elway. But this move truly puts him in the Lying Sack of Shit Hall of Fame. Fuck John Elway!

I've been listening/watching espn most of the day (and last night.) Only one talking head mentioned this....(which I have been thinking now during all of this hoopla about Peyton going to Denver)....."If he is so good, then why did Indy let him go?" The Colts were going to have to pay him $28 million to stay, right? And the Broncos are paying him $96 million for 5 yrs. It just seems like a crazy deal to me. There are just so many uncertainties as to his ability to play again, etc.
I do like Peyton. He is a class act for sure, but the media and Elway seem to think Peyton will take them all the way to the Superbowl, and he hasn't even been hit in a scrimmage yet (if they let him get hit in a scrimmage game.) I do hope his neck will hold up, but this sure seems like a risky move by Denver, even if the docs say Peyton can play.
I also know that if Peyton does get hurt, Denver will only owe him money for that particular year.
If Peyton is hurt and cannot play, and the backup QB is not good (thinking now that TT is going to be traded and will not be in Denver) can you imagine how ticked the Bronco/Tebow fans will be losing Tim?
I'd love to see Tim in Jax also. I'd actually go to the games! :)

Tebow just better remember to keep his shoes on around that fat ass loudmouth Rex Ryan.
