I wish you could have been at that Legal Conference I went to Doc. I almost had a smack down with this lady from some "Children's Nutrition" activist group, who was full of piss and vinegar about marketing "unhealthy" foods to kids. Even though most of the big food companies have complied with their overly aggressive requests (studies show that marketing has very little to do with what kids want to eat or what their parents chose to feed them), it doesn't seem like it's enough for a company like Disney to have Michelle Obama on every single interstitial to talk about healthy eating...we still put ads for Pop Tarts or whatever on DisneyXD, so we are on their "naughty" list. I'm SO tired of the Nanny state.
