Father says Will Hill to declare for NFL Draft

The father of Florida junior safety Will Hill confirmed to The Gainesville Sun that Hill is declaring for the NFL Draft.

"He's going to make that jump," Will Hill Sr. said. "He's excited and we're excited for him."

Will Hill Sr. said he wasn't sure what impact the coaching change at UF had on his son's decision.

"Maybe it did (have an impact), maybe it didn't," he said. "Everything happens for a reason. There were a number of things involved."

Will Hill was a fine Gator, but if he thinks he's going in the first 50 picks, he's smoking crack. He ought to come back.
