Meyer has called for a "Blue Out" for the Tennessee game.

Make sure anyone you know who is going to the game knows this as well.

I heard him say this on his show. I don't think it's ghey! I thought Penn States stadium looks pretty intimidating to opponents when its all white. Not to mention how cool it will look to the recruits, with the only orange being the Vol fans!

Watching the Fpee-eww vs. Clemson game last week, it seemed that the was a "orange out" in the stands, and it looked great from the sky cameras. I think a "blue out" is great! Much better than the enemic Tenn. orange that the Vols could wear.

He should know better than that. Holtz did that a few years ago for a night game and we blew them out. The receivers all said that the black shirts in the stands made it much easier to track the ball in the air.

Still say its teh ghey. It's something that lesser teams have to do to get fans excited and stuff like that. Looks great for basketball when they give out free shirts and people alternate sections of Orange and Blue, but it isn't necessary for football IMO. Just so happens that I am due to wear my blue shirt with orange had this week. I normally alternate. Blue shirt/Orange Hat and Orange Shirt/Blue hat.

Ordinarily I'd say teh ghey, but making the creamcicles stick out in a sea of blue might be kind of cool.

I don't really have a perfect picture to show the "blue out" against the enemic orange of TN, but if you look to the right in the first pic, you can see some of their orange.

The north stands were not full yet.

I liked it. You could definitely tell where the pockets of UT fans were.
