For quite some time the time listed on this site for me is about 2 hours earlier than it is. I just went through all the settings in my profile and I couldn't figure out how to adjust the time or the time zone I'm in, etc.

Go into your profile and click on Look and Layout Preferences. Where it says Time Offset type in +2 and save your changes.
