Cuttlefish is a bit "inkier" than squid, but really, really delicious. Sometimes the tiny ones are served under the misnomer "scungilli", but don't be fooled, you're not eating tiny Mediterranean squid, you're eating cuttlefish.
And don't even get me started about their chromatophores.
