THIS REALLY bothered me when I saw it last night. What is he thinking? He didn't bow to the Queen of England (not that he should have), but even if it was just an impulsive reaction, why didn't he do that with her, but felt the need to do it for this guy?

why is it that he bows down to muslim royalty yet HUGGING the queen is the choice greeting for the queen of england? why not bow or curtsy to the queen if it is your rule of thumb to 'do as the romans do when you are in rome'?

in addition to having inconsistency in his protocols, barry thumbs his nose to precedences set by prior administrations in an attempt to be LIKED by europe and the rest of the world....shit has gone to his block head i'm afraid.

doesn't matter. The Queen of England, figurehead or not, deserves the same if not not more respect than you show the King of Saudi Arabia. If you're not bowing to British Royalty while in London than you damn sure don't do it in Saudi Arabia.

It was definitely a problem for me with the last administration. Obama's doing nothing to fix the biggest mistakes we've made that are continuing to threaten the future of this country. He has the same glaring flaw in that he's merely continuing the status quo, even though we ALL know that the status quo is bullshit.

He's letting the banks get away with the biggest crime in history. He's continuing to claim that the government isn't subject to the laws of this country. Sooner or later, people are going to realize that they have no incentive to follow the rules anymore and when they realize that, our society will be burned to the ground overnight. He's complicit in maintaining this unnecessary risk by not enforcing the laws properly. Just like Bush was complicit. This whole notion that Bush's fuckups give Obama the right to do whatever the fuck he wants is about the most absurd mindset I can imagine when we're talking about the future security and productivity of our whole world.

There will be all kinds of threads about his (and his predecessor's) Amnesty bill...
