The McGangBang. Some McDonald's places will actually make this for you if you request it by name. It's apparently a sandwich that McDonald's employees have known about for a while. It gets extra points for the name.
Missing from the site, however, is the Bacon Cheese Roll. At least, I didn't see it.

Giant Breakfast Burrito
A seven pound breakfast burrito stuffed with potatoes, eggs, onions, and ham bits, lots of cheese on top and smothered in red chile.
