Here's a handy "Myth vs. Fact" page about the CPSIA, to counter claims by PIRG, Consumer's Union and others:

This was really interesting Doc...although the way they list this stuff as MYTH and then say FACT was sort of confusing. They are saying that the MYTH is truly a myth when they say FACT instead of what I thought which was that the MYTH listed was actually a FACT.

In any case, I'm glad to see there is a sort of action committee about this issue.
