Thought this was funny. Some folks have figured out that [strike]Barry Soweto[/strike] Barack Obama narrated the audio book version of
Dreams from my Father.
I have not read the book, but apparently there's a portion of it where Obama describes one of his childhood friends who cursed a lot.
Thus was born a host of
Obama soundboards, which feature the President uttering such charming phrases as:
"There are white folks, and then there are ignorant motherfuckers like you."
"The Koreans were funding the Klan."
"Man, I'm not going to anymore of these bullshit porno parties."
This could quite possibly be the best thing to ever happen in American politics.

I don't know when he narrated the audio book, but the print edition was published sometime in the '90s, right? I don't know if he could have really foreseen that computers and the internet would make it so easy to create that kind of thing.

Actually, that one I haven't read yet. The Audacity of Hope is a great book that you all should read.

Not that I recall - mostly policy discussions and some personal stories.
Seriously, reading that book is what got me on board with his campaign. You will understand a lot about his thought processes and get some insight as to how he will govern.
