Gillespie is still too busy chasing the teenage co-eds to be bothered with coaching. Especially when he doesn't even have a signed contract (or have they finally fixed that now).

I understand that the contract still isn't signed due to a morality clause that DUIBilly is fighting to have removed.

Franz says, if he doesn't get this turned around quickly, he won't make the year. He is pissing off the higher-ups due to banging the 20 year old student and he is losing.

Plus they get the bonus of not having to buy him out due to him not working under a signed contract.

Patterson didn't play so they were without their arguably best player.

Im here and I knew last year this was going to be a long year for any coach. Tubby didn't recruit well to say the least over the last couple years and now UK is paying for it. It's going to be a long year and we already lost a freshman to a transfer. Supposedly Billy G is old school and he has a team full of pussy's that doesn't want to work.Also maybe is UK did the tour of Kentucky like UF does the tour of Florida schools their record would be a little better but UK has lost two games to UNC and Indiana. Two schools in the top 10. UK actually plays an out of conference schedule while UF is busy playing the UNF's of the world.

don't be so bitter, Joe. Our schedule was made knowing the young team we would have this year. Maybe UK should have done the same. Either way, You've only justified two losses. What about the ones to Gardner-Webb and Houston?

It's been news now for a couple of weeks. He also is a big fan of the Kentucky brown water, but that's no surprise being he's had two DUI's.

I'm not even going to make fun of Joe for this one. I remember how much I hated life in '02 when we had our 17th choice as our HBC, a man I couldn't respect much (outside of him being a nice guy, hard worker), and early in the season you could see very clearly we were taking our talent nowhere.

Part of the reason why I enjoy this slightly, and I do mean slightly. Is the fact that when UK hired DUIBilly most UK fans were obnoxious about how he was better than Billy D, how Billy D was over-rated blah, blah, blah.

Most uk basketball fans come off like osu football fans to me.
