My day has been made. They were playing a replay of a crash and right after the impact you heard the driver, Kyle Petty, say "What the fuck was that?!"

The announcers had to apologize. That's just good television right there.

i usually hate road races but today's has been fairly entertaining for some odd reason.

My parents were watching the race when BG and I were painting a living room wall for Mom, so we heard it. Funny.

By the way, high definition rocks.

Yeah we were watcing and I said I bet they are regretting the decision to have him announce from the race. The funniest thing is before the race when they were just pacing the track they tried to cut into him and he was praying. Then they had to wait (awkward pause) and finally talked to him. About ten minutes later, he yelled that. Not judging because just because you believe in God doesn't mean you don't cuss, but it was funny.

There's an old lady out the street in front of my house who prolly just said the exact same thing.

She was driving the last car in a three car collision right in front of our driveway. She hit the back of that truck hard enough to curl her hood. She seems to be ok though.

Weg, I had heard him talking about it before a few days before the race...he had already signed with TNT to announce for a certain number of races and originally they were going to have another driver in that race (for Petty), but something happened and he decided he wanted to drive in it. He suggested going ahead and announcing...he said it would only be during caution laps and stuff and maybe once or twice during the race when he felt safe doing it. I don't think it turned out as he planned.
