Davefla is a douchebag

When I first got in the BP, he was actually pretty cool. He come to NYC like 4 times a year. Last time he had mentioned he was coming up and I told him I'd take him out to lunch. I personally don't think he thought anyone would step up much less the noob. We made arrangements. I told him where to show. I gave him a link to the restaurant and everything. Day of, he calls and says something came up. Too bad but I was game that's for sure....oh well.

He's a pilot or a maintenance guy for planes or some shit

He probably called it off because he's full of shit. On the very first boards, I used to post in Too Hot sometimes and any time there was a thread about the stock market, you could be sure DaveFla was on it, claiming to be a self-made millionaire who'd caught every hot stock you could name at its absolute bottom then rode it to its absolute top. I questioned him on this a few times, and every time, his answers made it clear he had no idea what he was talking about. And at that point, he would start with the personal attacks. Used to crack me up.
